I travel regularly from Paris to Provence to design and deliver wedding cakes for celebrations in chateaux, domaines, and private estates across the region. Working with sugar paste means my cakes hold their structure through the warmth of a July afternoon in the Luberon. Buttercream cannot make that promise.

Each commission begins with the same care: understanding the venue, the colour palette, the flowers, the light. A cake set beneath centuries-old oak trees needs a different silhouette than one displayed in a vaulted stone hall. I design for the setting as much as for the couple.
